Cleaning Help · One-Time Reset

When the House
Got Away From You

Life got busy and the house fell behind. It happens to everyone. A one-time deep reset gets you back to a clean slate, no judgment and no commitment to anything after. Here is how it works.

It happens to everyone. A stretch of long weeks at work, a new baby, a move, an illness, a season that just asked a lot of you, and the house slips. The dishes stack up, the laundry has claimed its own chair, the floors have not been mopped in longer than you want to admit, and somewhere along the way it got big enough that you honestly do not know where to start.

Here is the thing we want you to hear first: nobody is going to judge you. We have cleaned for people going through every kind of busy and every kind of hard, and we have seen it all. A house that got away from you is not a character flaw. It is just what happens when life fills up faster than the free time to keep up with it.

A one-time reset is the fix. We come in once, top to bottom, and hand you back a home that feels like yours again. No lecture, no strings, no commitment to anything after. Just a clean slate and a good bit of relief.

What a Reset Covers

Top to bottom, back to zero.

A reset is a one-time deep clean. What it costs depends on the size of your home and how far behind it got, so check pricing for ranges or just call and describe it. If you want to stay ahead of it afterward, recurring visits are there when you want them, never required.

Who Books a Reset

Not messy people. Busy ones.

The people who call us for a reset are usually the most overloaded ones. Two careers and a long GA-400 commute out of Alpharetta. A young family in a newer Cumming build where the weekends vanish into practices and games. Someone who just started a new job, or came home from the hospital, or spent months caring for a parent. The common thread is never that they do not care about their home. It is that they ran out of hours to give it.

Handing it off once, to a cleaner Staci has personally vetted before their first visit, is a small thing that changes the whole week. You walk back into a house that is done, and the mental weight of the to-do list you kept pushing off is simply gone. Whether you want to keep it that way with recurring help or just needed the one reset, both are completely normal ways to use us.

Do a Little, or Hand It All Off

How much you have to do.

If you want to do a little before we come, clearing the counters and floors of anything you want kept a certain way helps us get deeper, faster. But you truly do not have to. Part of what you are paying for is not having to think about it, and we would rather you skip the pre-clean panic that keeps a lot of people from ever calling.

What a reset is really for is the deep work you have not had the time or the energy to touch: the bathrooms, the floors, the baseboards, the kitchen that needs far more than a wipe. Hand that off once and get back to zero. If staying there sounds good, we can set up recurring visits after, but that is entirely up to you. One and done is a completely normal way to use us. Call or text Staci at 678-578-4747 and describe the place, and you will get a straight answer, not a sales pitch.

One-Time Reset Questions

Answers before you book.

Will you judge how messy it is?

No, and we mean that. Staci personally vets every cleaner before their first visit, and part of the job is showing up without an opinion about how the house got the way it is. We are there to help, not to comment. You do not need to apologize or clean up before we arrive.

Is this a deep clean?

Yes. A reset is a full top-to-bottom deep clean: the kitchen, the bathrooms, the floors, the dusting, the baseboards, all of it. It is the most thorough visit we offer, built for a house that needs more than a routine tidy.

How much does a reset cost?

It depends on the size of the home and how far behind things got, which is the honest answer, because those are genuinely different amounts of work. Take a look at our pricing page for ranges, or call and describe the place and we will give you a straight number.

Do I have to sign up for recurring?

Not at all. A one-time reset is exactly that: one visit, no commitment. If you decide you want to keep it up afterward we can set up recurring cleaning, but plenty of people book a single reset and that is the end of it. No pressure either way.

How long does it take?

That depends on the size and condition of the home. A reset takes longer than a routine clean because it is more thorough, and a house that has been behind for a while takes more time than one that slipped for a couple of weeks. When you call, describe it and we will give you a realistic window.
