We only collect the information you give us when you reach out, plus standard website analytics and Facebook's advertising pixel so we can understand our traffic and measure our own ads. We never sell your data, and if you ever want it deleted, we delete it.
When you fill out a contact form, request a callback, or submit the review flow, we collect the details you give us. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, the city you are in, and any message you send us.
We also collect anonymous analytics on every page visit: which pages you view, how long you stay, where you came from (referring site or search engine), and the type of device you are using. This is handled by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. None of it is tied to your name or personal details unless you submit a form.
We also use the Meta Pixel, from the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It records that you visited and which pages you viewed, then sends that to Meta. If you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta can connect it to your account. We use it for one purpose: measuring how our own ads perform and showing our ads to people who have already visited the site. We do not use it to share or sell your contact details.
When you tap a phone link on the site, we log the event so we can see which pages drive calls. We log the page you were on, not your phone number.
Contact information is used to call or email you back about your request, send a quote, confirm appointments, and answer questions. We use it to run our business. That is the whole purpose.
Anonymous analytics help us see which pages are useful, which are confusing, and where people get stuck. That lets us improve the site over time.
If you have booked with us before, your info stays in our customer records so we remember you next time you reach out and can give you faster service.
Nobody, except the handful of tools we use internally to run the business. That includes:
Each vendor sees only what they need to do their job and is bound by their own privacy terms, linked above.
We never sell your data. We never rent it, never trade it, and never hand your contact information to list brokers. Your name, phone, and email stay between you and us. The one thing worth being clear about: the Meta Pixel shares your browsing activity with Meta so we can run and measure our own ads, which we explain below.
This site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic, understand how people use the site, and spot issues. Both tools collect anonymous behavior data only. You can opt out of Google Analytics site-wide using the official browser add-on.
We also use the Meta Pixel from Meta. It measures how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and lets us show ads to people who have visited the site. You can control how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad settings and your Instagram ad settings.
Our analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel) set small cookies in your browser so they can tell one visit from another and recognize a returning visitor. No name, phone number, or personal detail is stored in those cookies. You can clear them any time from your browser settings.
By submitting a contact form, requesting a callback, or otherwise providing your phone number on this site, you consent to be contacted by Alpharetta Cleaning Co. by phone and text message at the number you provide. We use phone and text for appointment confirmations, quote follow-ups, scheduling changes, and other service-related communications. We do not send promotional text blasts.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by emailing staci@alpharettacleaningco.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to book or receive service.
Lead records and customer notes are kept as long as we have a reason to keep them. For an active recurring customer, that is indefinitely. For a one-off inquiry that did not turn into a booking, we usually keep records for a few years in case you come back. You can always ask us to delete yours sooner.
You can ask us at any time to:
Email staci@alpharettacleaningco.com and we will handle it within a few business days.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has submitted a form, email us and we will delete the record.
Lead data lives on secured, encrypted services. We use strong passwords, two-factor authentication, and standard industry protections. No system is perfect, but we treat your information like we would want ours treated.
If we update this policy, we change the date at the top and post the new version here. Major changes will also get a note on the site so you know something shifted.
