Yes. The first visit is always a deep clean, starting at $180. It resets the home top to bottom so every recurring clean after that can focus on maintenance, not catching up. Once the deep clean is done, you roll into your recurring price starting at $140 per visit (biweekly).
Every room gets dusting of surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, cobwebs cleared, and trash taken out. Kitchens get counters, stovetop, the outside of appliances, sink, and floors. Bathrooms get toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Bedrooms get surfaces dusted and floors done. Linens changed at additional cost ($15/bed).
On the bed: we tidy unmade beds, smooth the covers, and fluff pillows. Actually changing the linens is a separate add-on at $15 per bed.
Inside the oven, inside the fridge, and inside cabinets are paid extras on recurring cleans. They're automatic on move-in and move-out cleans.
A deep clean is more detailed than a standard clean. On a recurring or standard clean we wipe baseboards, blinds, vents, door frames, window sills, light fixtures, and reachable surfaces behind furniture.
On a deep clean those same areas get a hand wipe with cleaner instead of just a dust, plus extra time on grout, build-up, and any spots that need scrubbing. A deep clean is the right starting point for a new home or a home that hasn't had a professional clean in a while.

Yes for recurring clients. Once you're on a regular schedule, the same lead cleaner visits every time. They learn your home, your preferences, your pets, and the details that matter. If your regular is out sick, we call you before sending a backup so you're never surprised.
For recurring cleans, one week out is ideal. For move-in and move-out cleans, two weeks is best during peak moving months (May through August). For deep cleans, three to five days is usually enough. Same-day availability happens, just call and ask.
Call or text at least 24 hours before your appointment and there's no fee. Last-minute reschedules inside 24 hours may carry a small fee because the team has already blocked the day for you. Life happens and we try to be reasonable.
No. Most of our clients give us a code, a lockbox, or garage access. We're used to working in empty homes and we lock up the exact same way we entered. You're welcome to be there the whole time too, it doesn't change how we clean.
