What office managers
ask first.

Can you clean our office after hours?

Yes. We clean before 8am or after 6pm, and on Saturdays. Most of our office accounts run on a before- or after-hours schedule so the space is reset before the first person walks in.

How do you handle keys, alarm codes, and lockup?

If your business uses its own access agreement, we'll sign yours. Otherwise we follow whatever protocol you set: keys, lockboxes, codes, badge access. We adapt. The same crew arrives every visit so the same person handles your space each time. We arm the alarm, lock every door, and send a completion text to your office manager when we leave.

Do you touch papers, files, or anything on desks?

No. We do not move, file, shred, or read anything on desks. We wipe around items, lift objects only to dust under them and place them back exactly where they were, and we leave any open document, monitor, or note untouched. If your office has confidentiality concerns, we can scope desktop wiping to only happen when the desk is fully cleared by the user.

Will the same crew clean our office every visit?

Yes. Crew consistency is the single biggest reason our commercial clients stay with us. The same person or pair learns your floorplan, your preferences, where the supply closet is, and which conference rooms have early meetings. If a regular needs to swap, you get a heads-up first, and the lead walks the replacement through the scope before they touch anything.

Do you provide paper goods, soap, and trash liners?

No, we don't supply paper goods or restroom consumables. Customers stock their own. We restock from your supply closet during each visit and let your office manager know when you are running low.

How do you schedule around our meetings and events?

Most offices give us a standing window (for example, every Tuesday and Thursday after 6pm). For special events, board meetings, or client visits, the office manager can text Staci directly to add a pre-clean or shift the schedule. There is no extra fee for moving a regular visit by a day or two as long as we get a few days notice.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

No. Month-to-month. Most of our office clients have been with us for years, not because of a contract, but because we show up when we say we will and the office looks ready every morning. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.
