That is what retail cleaning is supposed to handle. We arrive after close or before open, walk the floor the way a customer would, and reset the things that affect first impression: glass at the entry, mirrors in the fitting rooms, the register counter, the restroom, the floor under the racks. We do not move merchandise (that is a staff job, every retailer has their own way of doing it), and we are honest about what is outside our scope (exterior windows past first-story reach is a different vendor with lift equipment). What boutique owners
ask first.

Can you clean before we open or only after we close?

Either. Most boutique and showroom owners pick after-close (we arrive 7pm to 9pm, finish before alarm reset) so the store is reset and ready when the first staff member arrives the next morning. Some prefer before-open (we arrive 6am to 7am) so the glass is fresh right before the first customer walks in. We can also split scope: nightly mop and trash, plus a separate weekly deep day before opening.

How do you handle merchandise on shelves and racks?

We do not move, rearrange, or refold merchandise. We dust accessible shelves around items, vacuum under racks where the wand reaches without lifting product, and wipe display cases without touching what is inside them. If a shelf needs to be cleared for deep dusting, that is something a staff member does on a separate retail-reset day. The cleaning crew never decides what gets moved on a sales floor.

Do you handle the alarm and security code?

Yes. If your store has its own access agreement, we sign yours. Otherwise we follow whatever protocol you set: keys, lockboxes, codes. Same crew every visit means the same person handles your space each time. Codes are stored separately from any client identifying information. We disarm on arrival, arm on departure, lock every door, and send a completion text to the owner or manager when we leave.

Can you guarantee streak-free glass?

Yes, on interior glass and the inside of front-of-store windows. We hand-wipe with microfiber and a streak-free solution, working from top to bottom, and we walk the glass at eye level before we leave. For exterior storefront windows above first-story reach, that is a separate vendor (your window cleaning service) since it requires lift equipment we do not bring. We will tell you that upfront, not after the fact.

How often do customer restrooms get cleaned?

Every visit. Customer-facing restrooms get the same deep-wipe and disinfection treatment as commercial office restrooms: floor mopped, sink and counter wiped, toilet exterior and seat disinfected, mirror cleaned, paper goods and soap restocked from your supplies, trash emptied. For high-traffic retail (peak holiday weeks), some clients add a mid-day touch-up visit. That is quoted separately.

Can you adjust frequency for holidays or seasonal traffic?

Yes. Most retail accounts go heavier in November and December (twice-weekly instead of weekly, plus added touch-ups before big sale days), then back to standard cadence in January. We adjust month-to-month, not on contract, so the schedule actually matches your traffic. Talk through it on the monthly walk and we update the calendar before the next billing cycle.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

No. Month-to-month. Most of our retail clients stay because the storefront looks the way it should every morning, not because a contract says they have to. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.
