When should a move-out clean be scheduled?

After everything is out of the home and before the landlord's final inspection or the buyer's closing date. Most clients schedule us for the day between moving day and their inspection or closing. A completely empty home lets us reach inside every cabinet and drawer.

Will this help me get my security deposit back?

Yes. Our move-out clean is designed to get your full deposit back. We clean inside every cabinet, every drawer, inside ALL appliances, baseboards detail-washed, window tracks, and door tracks. Most of our rental clients get their full deposit back. If you want, we can provide a written scope letter for your landlord.

How much does a move-out clean cost in Alpharetta?

Typical 3 bed, 2 bath rental takes 5 to 7 hours with a team of two or three. Cabinets and appliance interiors take the most time. Larger homes can run 7 to 10 hours.

Can you clean an unfurnished home quickly for a last-minute move?

Yes. We've taken same-day and next-day bookings, including a 6am start after a Sunday-night call. Give us as much notice as you can, but don't assume it's too late to call.
