Do you quote per unit or by the hour?

Can you handle several properties or a whole portfolio?

Yes. We clean single units for individual landlords and steady turnover work for property managers running multiple doors. The same standard goes on every unit, which is the whole point of using one cleaner across a portfolio. That is what our property management cleaning is built for.

Is this the same as short-term or vacation rental cleaning?

No. This is turnover cleaning between long-term tenants, the deep clean of an empty unit before the next lease starts. We do not run same-day short-term rental changeovers.

Do you handle repairs, painting, or carpet replacement?

No, we are a cleaning company. We deep clean the empty unit so it is rent-ready, but repairs, painting, and any carpet replacement are handled by your own contractors. If you have an access agreement for the property, we sign yours.
