What the first visit adds
Every new office starts with a deep clean: every surface hand wiped and dusted, and all interior glass hand wiped. After that, regular visits keep it at that level. Cleaning the inside of the fridge is an add-on.
How often, and when
- How long a visit takes: most offices take 1 to 2 hours per regular visit. The first deep clean takes longer.
- When we clean: before 8 AM or after 6 PM on weekdays, or on Saturdays, so your team never works around us. Saturday is a big day for office cleans because most offices are closed.
- How often: weekly, every two weeks or monthly, based on how many people use the space.
What to ask any cleaning company before you hire
- Will you clean outside our business hours?
- How is the price figured? We quote by square footage, with no walk-through needed. If you would like the crew to meet you and walk the space before the first clean, we can do that too.
- How will I know the visit is done? With us, the office manager gets a completion text after every visit.
- Who tracks supplies? We email a restock list each month, so you do not run out of paper goods.
