No. Sharps containers, biohazard bags, and regulated medical waste stay with your medical waste vendor (Stericycle, MedPro, or whoever you contract with). We empty regular trash, replace liners, wipe the bin exteriors, and clean around the sharps and biohazard receptacles, but we never open them or remove their contents.
No. We clean exterior surfaces of the sterilization area (counters, sink exteriors, floor) but we never touch instruments, instrument trays, or sterilization equipment. That work stays with your clinical team.
EPA-registered disinfectants on every clinical and restroom touch point. If your practice has a specific brand or product line you require us to use, we use yours. The default is a hospital-grade quaternary ammonium disinfectant with the contact dwell time observed on every surface.
No. Exterior cabinet and drawer faces only, unless your practice has a specific protocol for opening them. We don't open patient-facing cabinets, supply drawers, or anything that might contain medications or instruments.
We don't engage with screens, charts, sticky notes, or paperwork. We clean around them. If a workstation has paperwork on it, we wipe the visible desk surface around the paper and leave the paper untouched. Same with monitors: we dust the bezel and base, never the screen content.
