Rough, final, and touch-up cleans for Cumming builders, remodelers, and homeowners. Drywall dust, paint overspray, window peel, appliance labels, every last sticker. Starting at $525.
Forsyth County is one of the fastest-growing places in Georgia, and Cumming sits at the center of it. New subdivisions off Post Road and Bethelview, custom lake homes tucked into the coves of Lake Lanier, whole-house remodels in Vickery and Sharon Forks, and tear-down rebuilds near the new Cumming City Center. Every project ends the same way: the trades clear out, the builder's final walk is only days away, and the home has to look like no one ever cut a single piece of trim inside it.
That handoff is what we do. Rough cleans after drywall, final cleans before the punch walk, and the touch-up right before listing photos. A team of three or four, HEPA vacuums, and the full checklist, plus the experience to know where Forsyth drywall dust actually hides: inside cabinet boxes, on top of door casings, and in the tracks of brand-new windows looking out over the lake.
Every surface, every seam, every sticker. Builders sign the checklist before we leave.
We clean after the construction crew clears out. Heavy debris hauling is not included.
Priced by scope and square footage. Size, phase, and level of finish drive the range.
Rough clean happens after drywall and before paint, mostly dust pull-down so the next trades aren't choking on it. Final clean is the big one: every surface washed, interior window peel pulled, appliances detailed, floors polished. Touch-up is after the punch list and before closing photos, a light reset so the Cumming home looks its best for the final walk. Most builders book final plus touch-up. Full custom homes use all three.
Yes, on the cleaning side. We pull and HEPA-vacuum every vent cover and wipe the register boots so dust isn't sitting at the registers when the system kicks on. We do not change HVAC filters. Plan to have your HVAC tech or the homeowner swap filters separately, since drywall dust keeps settling out of the system for weeks after a Forsyth County build.
Yes. We coordinate directly with Cumming builders and project managers and block the full day before your punch walk. For larger south Forsyth custom homes we send a team of three or four and can finish a 5,000 sq ft build in one day. For 6,000+ sq ft we budget two days and start Thursday if Saturday is the inspection.
Yes. Every appliance label, every interior window peel, every sticker off the tile, every tag off the faucets. We clean the inside of windows only. This is the single most time-consuming part of a post-construction clean and it's included, not billed as an extra.
No. We do not haul or dispose of construction debris. Your contractor or a roll-off service handles that. We come in after the debris is cleared and handle the cleaning: dust, overspray, residue, labels, and detail work.
Call or text Staci right away and we're back on site to correct it at no cost. This is part of our full guarantee and it applies to every builder account in Cumming.
