Yes, on the cleaning side. We pull and HEPA-vacuum every vent cover and wipe the register boots so dust isn't sitting at the registers when the system kicks on. We do not change HVAC filters. Plan to have your HVAC tech or the homeowner swap filters separately, since drywall dust keeps settling out of the system for weeks after a build.
Yes. We coordinate directly with Milton builders and project managers and block the full day before your punch walk.
