What about exterior windows on the storefront?

We handle interior glass on every visit. Front-of-store windows and glass doors get streak-free interior cleaning. Exterior windows above the first story go to your dedicated window vendor since that needs ladders and exterior equipment we don't bring on a regular retail visit.

Do you handle alarm or security codes?

Yes. We hold keys or codes for most retail clients with a written code agreement on file. Our crew checks in by text on arrival and again on departure so you have a timestamped log of every visit.

Can you serve The Collection at Forsyth and Halcyon retail?

Yes. We clean several boutiques at The Collection and a handful of tenants at Halcyon on the Forsyth side. We know the early-morning before-open routine that most lifestyle-center tenants prefer, and COIs go to property management on request. The Highway 400 retail corridor is also in our regular rotation.

What's a normal recurring frequency for high-traffic retail?

High-traffic retail usually runs three to five nights a week. Lower-traffic specialty retail can work on a two or three-night-a-week schedule with a deeper Sunday reset. We size the frequency to your foot traffic, not to a fixed package.
