For context, the typical home we clean is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, around 2,500 to 3,500 square feet.
What changes the time
- Condition. This is the biggest factor. Our quotes assume a home in average condition. If a home needs much more time because of heavy buildup, Staci goes over it with you when the crew arrives and asks your OK before they start.
- Crew size. Most of our crews are two people. Bigger move-outs can have 2 to 4.
- The type of clean. A first clean is always a deep clean, so it takes longer than the regular visits after it.
- Add-ons. Inside the oven, inside the fridge and changing bed linens each add time.
- How clear the rooms are. Crews clean faster when loose items are picked up.
Two-day jobs are very rare. They are only for homes in really poor condition.
