When we clean

Outside your operating hours: as early as 6 AM or after 6 PM on weekdays (until 8 PM), or on Saturdays. We work around your schedule, so the building is quiet while we clean.

What we clean

Every center is different, so we set the list with you before the first visit. This is where most centers start:

Entry and front office

  • Clean glass doors and entry glass
  • Detail the front desk and lobby
  • Disinfect door handles and other touch points
  • Vacuum or mop the entry

Rooms and shared spaces

  • Wipe tables and desks around the items on them
  • Clean interior glass
  • Empty trash, wipe bins and replace liners
  • Vacuum carpets, then vacuum and mop hard floors

Restrooms

  • Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks and counters
  • Clean mirrors
  • Restock paper goods and soap you provide
  • Empty trash and replace liners

Staff break room

  • Wipe counters, sink, table and chairs
  • Clean inside and outside the microwave
  • Wipe the outside of the fridge

How it works

  • A quote by square footage. No walk-through needed to price it. If you would like the crew to meet you and walk the center before the first clean, we can do that, and we often do.
  • A deep clean first. Every new space starts with every surface hand wiped and dusted, and all interior glass hand wiped. Regular visits keep it there.
  • A text when we finish. Your director or office manager gets a completion text after every visit.
  • Supplies tracked for you. We email a restock list each month, so you do not run out of paper goods.
  • Your access rules. If you have your own access agreement, we sign yours.
