We arrive after closing, after every child has left the building. No exceptions. Most daycare and preschool accounts run nightly Monday through Friday, starting after the last family pickup. Our cleaners are not credentialed childcare staff and do not interact with children at any point. The center is empty when we arrive and locked back up before staff returns the next morning.

Yes. Send us your written cleaning protocol from your license file and we work from it directly. If you have a specific EPA-registered disinfectant brand your inspector wants to see on shelf, tell us and we use that brand. If you don't have a written protocol yet, we follow standard EPA-registered disinfectant procedures across high-touch surfaces, classrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

Your daytime staff handles individual toy sanitization to the standard your license requires, because that needs to happen between use cycles during the day. We wipe the exterior of toy bins and storage cubbies at night, sanitize the surfaces toys sit on (tables, shelves), and mop the floors underneath. Plush and fabric toys are not part of our scope.

Your staff handles diaper waste and changing-table sanitization during the day, every time. At night we disinfect the changing-table surface, the wall and floor around it, the supply station exterior, and replace the trash liner. We never handle diaper waste itself or anything inside the diaper pail.

Yes. Most of our daycare accounts run on a 5-night-per-week schedule because licensed centers need a full clean every night. We offer a small recurring discount on 5-night accounts. We can also do 3-night or weekly schedules for smaller mother's day out programs and part-time preschools.

If your business has an access agreement, we sign yours. Otherwise we follow whatever protocol you set: keys, lockboxes, codes, badge access. Same crew every night so the same two or three people are entering your building, never a rotating set of strangers. We text the director on arrival and lockup, every night, so there's always a record of who was in the building and when.

Same flat-rate pricing as our commercial accounts. Initial deep clean is flat-rate by square footage, from $250. Recurring (weekly or bi-weekly) is also flat-rate. A 4,000 sq ft preschool on a 5-night schedule runs about $340 per visit. Full numbers on our pricing page.
